Socality x Canon Creator Lab is excited to announce Canyon Lights: a morning at Capilano Suspension Bridge.
Join us on November 23rd for an unforgettable morning in the iconic Capilano Suspension Bridge park. This private event will allow our community to connect and create together at the launch of the seasonal Canyon Lights Festival. Canyon Lights brings a spectacular light display to the suspension bridges, park, and treehouses, and this first access event will allow us to explore the park while it remains closed to the public. Tea, coffee, baked goods and free parking will also be available to attendees, along with a commemorative gift.
These events provide a great way to get plugged into the local creative community in Vancouver and BC at large, meet new people, learn and create together, and engage in meaningful conversations.
Who’s the event for?
Whether your interest lies in photography, video, social media, blogging, or one of a variety of other creative disciplines, these events are inclusive and open to everyone, regardless of whether you’re just starting out on your creative journey or have been in the industry for years.
As part of the Canon Creator Lab program, a variety of Canon gear will be available to try including mirrorless bodies and the latest lenses. If you’d like to borrow Canon equipment to shoot during the event, please bring your own SD Card and a valid piece of government ID. A limited amount of gear will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
More details will continue to be updated and communicated as we get closer to the event. RSVP to secure your spot.
*Due to the popularity of this event there is a $10 cover charge to secure your spot. This is to ensure you attend and also register only for the actual tickets you need. Space is limited to 200 people and we want to ensure that those who sign up take their spot.
