Canon Showcase is designed to support youth teams across Canada by helping players, parents, and clubs capture those moments in a way that truly reflects their journey.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Selected teams will receive:
$2,000 Sponsorship
Canon Fundraising Kit Opportunity*
A portion of the proceeds is returned to the club.
Each kit includes:
- (1) 8×12 framed photo
- (3) custom player cards
- (1) custom bag tag
- (20) team stickers
- (1) team window cling
* Fundraising kits produced on a per order basis. Clubs are required to manage sales.
CANON MEDIA DAY
It is not just about the final score.
It is about documenting the journey that gets you there.
In partnership with Canon, each club will be asked to host a 2-hour on-field experience where players and parents can:
- Try Canon cameras and video equipment
- Learn from Canon instructors
- Capture portraits and action shots

Optional Team Poster
A custom printed team poster for fundraising or club use.
CAPTURE YOUR SEASON
TO APPLY, TEAMS MUST:
- Be a Canadian amateur soccer team.
- U15 to U17 age group.
- Registered with a recognized league.
- Roster size between 15 – 21 players.
WHAT WE ASK FROM TEAMS
- Display the Canon logo on team jerseys.
- Host one Canon Media Day.
- Participate in the fundraising initiative.

- Proof of league registration

- Short written submission
PROGRAM TIMELINE
Applications for Canon Showcase open April 2026. We are processing applications on a rolling basis to ensure teams are onboarded as quickly as possible. Selected teams will be notified of their acceptance and next steps immediately following review.
Onboarding begins as soon as your application is accepted. We will work with you to book your Canon Media Day as soon as you are approved, with events taking place from mid-June through July across Canada.
PARTICIPATION TERMS
Participation in Canon Showcase is subject to program requirements and availability.
Sponsorship funding is contingent on full participation in the program, including completion of the Canon Media Day. The final $1,000 payment will only be issued once Media Day has been completed.
Teams are required to meet the minimum fundraising participation threshold. Canon reserves the right to make final team selections and to modify program details if required.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Canon team to ensure it meets all program requirements. Eligible teams will then be evaluated based on overall fit, including factors such as team profile, community engagement, and geographic representation. Selected teams will be contacted directly with next steps and onboarding details.
