Cashback Event

To claim your cashback, simply purchase an eligible lens from a participating Canadian retailer between September 4 and October 29, 2026. After your purchase, head over to https://www.canoncreatorlab.ca/offers/cashback-event/cashback-event-make-a-claim/ to submit your claim online. Make sure to submit it by 11:59 PM (EST) on November 29, 2026, and have a clear photo of your receipt and the product’s serial number ready to upload.

Once your claim is received and verified, we will send your cashback directly to your bank account via eTransfer. You can expect the transfer within 4 to 6 weeks. Please note that your bank must be underwritten by the Canadian Deposit Insurance Corporation, and we do not issue payments via cash or cheque.

Yes, you can submit up to three (3) cashback claims per household. Please note that this promotion is intended for individual creators, so bulk purchases (more than three eligible products) do not qualify.

This promotion applies only to new, genuine Canon products. Used, refurbished, or “grey market” (parallel import) items are not eligible for cashback.
