EOS R50 V BUNDLE PROMOTION
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS, PROMOTIONAL PERIOD AND PARTICIPANTS

1.1. This promotion is a Canon Canada Inc. (“Canon”) promotional offer available on qualifying purchases of the Canon EOS R50 V camera (“R50 V”) made in Canada between 00:00 (EST) Sunday, November 1, 2026 and 23:59 (EST) Thursday, January 7, 2027, inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).

1.2. Participants who purchase an eligible R50 V during the Promotional Period will be eligible to receive the benefits described in these Terms and Conditions, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and limitations.

1.3. The EOS R50 V Bundle Promotion consists of the following benefits:
– One (1) year IGNITE membership;
– $99.99 Frame Lab credit;
– $200 Upgrade Credit Cashback on the Participant’s next qualifying Canon camera purchase, subject to the terms set out below; and
– A fixed cashback amount on eligible Canon lenses purchased during the applicable eligibility period:
– $75 cashback on eligible non-L-series lenses; and
– $150 cashback on eligible L-series lenses.

1.4. The lens cashback component is available for eligible lens purchases made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and is stackable with applicable Instant Rebates (“IRs”).

1.5. The lens cashback benefit remains available for 90 days following the end of the Promotional Period, meaning eligible lens purchases may qualify through April 7, 2027, subject to all other requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

1.6. The Upgrade Credit Cashback is valid for 12 months following the qualifying purchase of the EOS R50 V. The $200 Cashback may be applied to the Participant’s next qualifying Canon camera purchase, subject to the applicable program requirements.

1.7. All Participants must be aged 18 or over and resident in Canada (“Participant”). All Participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.8. Unless otherwise specified by Canon, all Promotional Products must be new and genuine Canon products. Purchases of second-hand, refurbished or reconditioned products, counterfeit products, or products that infringe the intellectual property rights of the Canon group of companies, including parallel or “grey” market products, do not qualify.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. To participate, the Participant must purchase a qualifying Canon EOS R50 V during the Promotional Period from an eligible retailer listed in Schedule 3.

2.2. The Participant may be required to submit a valid claim and provide proof of purchase, product information and/or serial number, as applicable to the individual promotion benefit.

2.3. Any claim must be complete, accurate and submitted in accordance with the claim instructions provided by Canon.

2.4. Canon reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify eligibility, including but not limited to a copy of the original retailer receipt or invoice, product serial number and/or other proof of purchase.

2.5. Promotional Products are subject to availability. Canon will not be liable for retailer fulfillment failures or delays.

2.6. Canon reserves the right to reject incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise ineligible claims.

3. LENS CASHBACK

3.1. Participants who purchase an eligible lens listed in Schedule 1 may receive fixed cashback as follows:
– $75 for eligible non-L-series lenses; or
– $150 for eligible L-series lenses.

3.2. The cashback amount is fixed and does not vary according to the lens purchase price or MSRP.

3.3. The eligible lens cashback may be combined with applicable Instant Rebates (IRs) and other eligible discounts, promotions or offers unless expressly excluded by the applicable offer terms.

3.4. Eligible lens purchases must be made during the Promotional Period or during the additional 90-day lens cashback eligibility period ending April 7, 2027, as applicable.

3.5. Only the products and corresponding SKUs listed in Schedule 1 qualify for the lens cashback. Canon reserves the right to update the list of eligible products where required by product availability or program administration.

3.6. The cashback amount applicable to each lens is the amount shown in Schedule 1. Where the Schedule identifies a product as eligible for $150 cashback, the $150 amount applies regardless of the lens MSRP.

3.7. Cashback will be provided using the payment method and within the processing period specified by Canon in the applicable claim instructions.

4. IGNITE MEMBERSHIP

4.1. Eligible Participants will receive one (1) year of IGNITE membership in connection with a qualifying R50 V purchase.

4.2. Membership provisioning and activation instructions will be provided by Canon or its designated program administrator.

4.3. The IGNITE membership benefit is subject to the applicable IGNITE membership terms, conditions and eligibility requirements.

4.4. The one-year membership benefit has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for another benefit, except at Canon’s discretion.

4.5. To receive the one (1) year IGNITE membership benefit, the Participant must complete all activation and redemption steps no later than 23:59 (EST) Wednesday, April 7, 2027. Redemption requests submitted after this date shall be deemed void and ineligible for fulfillment.

4.6. To be eligible for the one (1) year IGNITE membership benefit, the Participant must submit a valid claim form online prior to 23:59 (EST) on February 7, 2027.

5. Frame Lab CREDIT

5.1. Eligible Participants will receive $99.99 in Frame Lab credit in connection with a qualifying R50 V purchase, which includes standard free shipping on the qualifying order.

5.2. The Frame Lab credit is valid through 23:59 (EST) Wednesday, April 7, 2027, is strictly limited to one-time use per customer, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons.

5.3. The Frame Lab credit is subject to all applicable Frame Lab program terms, conditions, and restrictions.

5.4. The Frame Lab credit has no cash value and may not be transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for cash, except where explicitly required by applicable law.

5.5. To be eligible for the Frame Lab credit, the Participant must submit a valid claim form online prior to 23:59 (EST) on February 7, 2027.

6. Upgrade Credit $200 CASHBACK

6.1. Eligible Participants will receive a $200 Upgrade Credit Cashback that may be used in connection with the Participant’s next qualifying Canon camera purchase.

6.2. The qualifying R50 V purchase establishes the Participant’s eligibility for the $200 Upgrade Credit Cashback.

6.3. The $200 Upgrade Credit Cashback is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase of the qualifying R50 V.

6.4. The Upgrade Credit Cashback must be used toward the Participant’s next qualifying Canon camera purchase listed in Schedule 2 and is subject to the applicable claim, purchase and product eligibility requirements.

6.5. The $200 Upgrade Credit Cashback is not transferable and has no cash value except where required by applicable law.

7. COMBINATION WITH OTHER OFFERS

7.1. The lens cashback portion of this promotion may be stacked with applicable Instant Rebates (IRs).

7.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each benefit under this promotion is subject to its own eligibility requirements and cannot be duplicated, exchanged for cash or combined with another benefit of the same type.

7.3. Where another Canon promotion expressly excludes combination with this promotion, the terms of that promotion will apply.

8. THE PROMOTER

8.1. The promoter is Canon Canada Inc., with its registered office at 8000 Mississauga Road, Brampton, Ontario L6Y 5Z7, Canada.

9. DISCLAIMERS

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canon shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever sustained by any Participant in connection with this promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or restrict Canon’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Canon’s employees or agents.

9.2. In exceptional circumstances, Canon may cancel, amend, extend or modify this promotion or these Terms and Conditions where necessary and justified by objective reasons and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9.3. Canon reserves the right to audit claims to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions and to request additional information and supporting documentation.

9.4. Canon reserves the right to exclude any claim or Participant where Canon reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, manipulation of the promotion or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

9.5. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9.6. Canon, its associated companies, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the development, production, administration or fulfillment of this promotion, together with their respective agents, employees, directors, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), will not be liable for:
(i) any failure of the Canon website or any other website during the promotion;
(ii) any malfunction or other problem of any nature whatsoever relating to telephone networks or lines, computer systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software;
(iii) the failure of any claim, registration, opt-in or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason, including technical problems or internet traffic congestion;
(iv) any injury or damage to a Participant’s or another person’s computer or other device resulting from participation in the promotion; or
(v) any combination of the foregoing.

9.7. By participating in this promotion, each Participant:
(i) confirms compliance with these Terms and Conditions;
(ii) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this promotion and the Participant’s participation therein; and
(iii) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of the Participant’s name, statements about the promotion and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertising carried out by or on behalf of Canon, where permitted by law.

10. DATA & PRIVACY

10.1. By participating in this promotion, each Participant consents to Canon, its agents and/or representatives storing, sharing and using personal information submitted for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with Canon’s applicable privacy policy.

10.2. Personal information provided in connection with the promotion may be processed by Canon and/or third-party service providers engaged by Canon for the purpose of administering the promotion.

10.3. Any personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be handled in accordance with Canon’s applicable privacy policy.

10.4. Participation in this promotion does not require a Participant to consent to receive marketing communications from Canon. Where applicable, Participants may choose whether to opt in to marketing communications.

11. LAW AND JURISDICTION

11.1. This promotion shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

11.2. The courts of the Province of Ontario shall have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this promotion, and any legal proceedings relating to this promotion shall be commenced and maintained in the applicable courts of Ontario.
